One of my favorite "practical" gifts is a key tag with your logo on it. It doesn't have to be a thin plastic tag. I like this one with a flashlight. It has a super bright LED light which is great for getting into parked cars and apartments at night.

A great "fun" favorite is the "mood" stadium cup. You fill it with cold liquid and the cup color changes. Add a cute saying on it with your logo and start passing it out.
There are also color changing pencils you can use for the same theme.

On a beautiful day all across campus you see students relaxing with friends and frisbees are everywhere. They come in odd shapes with lights, glow in the dark and even bendable.

With summer just around the corner pool parties are just what the students want.
Peggy Razzaboni, Property Manager at Caravetta Management has given away great big beach towels with the community name imprinted on them.
We asked our college board if they would want a beach towel and every single one of them said YES.

A unique promotion is about to be launched by the Goodman Group.
They are giving out Free USB drives to prospects who tour their property.
The video embedded in the flash drive is general. It has pictures of amenitites
of all their properties and is just over a minute long. " It's main drive is
to remind the prospect of the chance to win a move-in package as well as
an entrance into our grand prize drawing" according

A project of this magnitude takes great team work and
Amy Matras is credited with getting the USB implemented and rolled out.
